Dream Interpreter
Last night I had a dream that I saw my game got corrupted, used your tactic, and it worked. I hope that if it actually happens in real life that it does work for me. That was scary.

Usually just turning off while saving will corrupt a game because it's trying to overwrite the old file but it can't finish, but it can't load the old one because it was in the process of overwriting the last one. I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure that's what happens.. I've turned off my game on the title screen, and when the train thing comes up going to the title screen and my game (digital copy!) is in perfect condition.I'm glad to hear your game wasn't corrupted. I'm super scared that mine will corrupt someday, but the thing is, I don't know how a game gets corrupted. I heard it's most common with digital copies. Do you or anyone else know how a game typically gets corrupted? I'd like to prevent this from ever happening. I even heard somewhere that turning off the DS power while on the title screen can corrupt a game. Not sure what to believe though. I had my game since it's release though, and nothing happened. Same with my mom, brother, and sister. We all have physical copies. I recently restarted my town, but have never had an issue.
