Making my town look nice c:

So, I'm laying down patterns, planting bamboo and whatnot. I've recently been able to get different bush starts, and I'm look for some advice. I just started this street lamp, and have a question about that..

Can I put a bush on each side? I'm guessing they would be too close, but I figured I would ask. Also, if I can't do that, should I just put flowers there? Any other "decorating" advice? I'm not really very good with any of this.. haha

Put flowers. You can't grow bushes right beside it.

Carnations will look super cool

bushes and trees will die, but u can put like money, ice cream, gems,coffee, flowers, or mushroom there! That would look cool

u could also put some bamboo shoots, to match the theme?

If your going for a natural look you should do fruit baskets of pears, and bamboo for a green colour scheme for nature, which looks like what you are trying to accomplish. ❤​

Pears! That is what I'm trying to accomplish Also, I have bamboo shoots.. but can they be planted that close to the lamp? I suppose since I have quite a few I could just give it a try, but do either of you know? c:

They can't be planted next to anything that will get in it's way, so no.
If you need more bamboo you can ask someone who has a fully upgraded Timmy and Tommy shoppe, unless you have it. ❤​

u can just drop a bamboo shoot without planting it ;D

Don't be afraid to try different things. Trees, bushes and most pwp's arn't permanent, so you can always remove them if you decide to try something else. It took me a year to finish my Joy town, and I changed so many things to make them the way I wanted.

I like your path and you can never go wrong with a nice street lamp to brighten the town at night.
