Making gold roses on a Beautiful town Ordinance?

How can I make the black roses wilt so I can water them with a golden watering can and make them gold?

I have the Beautiful Town Ordinance so my flowers will never wilt


What should I do?

Switch ordinances and water every flower except the black roses so they have a better chance at wilting. You can also use a friend's town that has a different ordinance.

If you want, I have 4 gold roses that I'll happily trade for 4 black roses with you. ~ I keep forgetting to switch cans for them. #.#

Well its impossible since a beautiful town ordiance prevents flowers from wilting :L

I gave my black rose to a friend, who wilted and watered it for me. He then returned it as a gold rose!~
