I can't use the QR code designs and I hate the shirts they have in there, my town people look terrible in them! I suck at drawing and making designs, I really want to use codes for them but they refuse to let me lol what else can I do??

You mean you can't place someone elses work on your Able mannequins? How strange!
You can request shirts and dresses to be made and they can come to your town to put them on your mannequins so your villagers can wear them.
You can talk to Mable and make a pro design for 500 Bells. That way, you can make the sleeves look however you want.
