Making a new user dilemma

hey guys i really want to make another user so i could create a themed house but im affraid if i get sick of it and delete it will mess up my island save data,
what do u think? is it safe?

No, people make and delete second characters all the time. The game allows you to do it. It's as safe as anything.

I've never deleted one in this game, but I have in previous games (before you could move houses, THANK GOD you can now). It never affected anything, and I can't imagine it would here. Just don't accidentally delete the wrong character's data!

I personally have five total characters because I like having houses to decorate ☺
