Buying Make my town pretty?

Hey! I am looking for someone to make my town pretty! My town is as ugly as.... well... idk. I also suck at acnl design. What i want is pathways, flowers, and suggestions on where to place/demolish my community projects.
My friend code is in my info. I am willing to pay in bells, clothing/furniture, tbt bells, or villagers (anyone but Walker)
