Mainland

Mainland is a so far unimpressive town... The cliff curves in a nice upside-down "U" shape and the river is far to the left... There is impressive open area that I may one day clear of trees... The number of trees is the same as the default only most of the Evergreen trees have been replaced with exotic fruits...

Nook's: Nook's Cranny...
House: One upgrade...
Museum: Donated as I find them...
Native Fruit: Pear...
Time Zone: Eastern...

Work has yet to begin because I have only just begun playing but there are many renovations I have planned for Mainland... Currently, I am cultivating the five main fruits and waiting for some coconuts to wash up on my shore... In the future, I will have a perfect town that lacks that lined-up grid feel that some people choose to give there towns... I have greater plans then that but they are a secret...

Anyways, I'm happy with only a handful of people on my friends list and can so afford to be very picky of who I add... Of course I'd be happy if you'd join my but only if you're a common, long-term forum goer... I'm really not interested in free things because I plan to play Animal Crossing for at least a year or two and I need things to do in that time... Similarly, you won't find me giving away a great deal of free things but you may find that my gate is open often... After all, in City Folk all side-effects of the gates being open appear to be gone...
