I never got one. And I didn't even know it existed until now. :/
 
Yes, got mine a couple weeks ago :)

and to the people asking how to get it, the post office will mail it to you after you save 50mil.

Yes. I have 103mil at the moment. I had more, but I was buying rare unorderables. I'm trying to save up more to get more stuff to complete my catalog.

I've earned 100mil through a combination of turnips and beetles. Plus royal crowns that I got as tips whenever I had hats on premium. Oh, and not to mention that I made good money by selling stuff I no longer needed, especially extra artwork I've amassed. I really gotta sell the artwork I've been hoarding recently since I don't need them.

O_O are there items in this game that would cost over 100 mil. in total? wow...

When Retail has hats on premium, they are worth 600k instead of the normal 300k. So multiply 600k by a lot of royal crowns and you can make 100mil in no time. They were a big thing on gamefaqs, especially with duping.

Also, by using a game that lazy campers play, you can make a lot of money with beetles through that. If you win the "Guess What I Want to Eat" game, you can get around 40-60k per beetle. I used this a lot and earned a lot though it takes time.

I thought that buying the Royal Crown cost over 300k? Is there a different way to get them then buying from the Able shop?
 
I love (and have) the mailman's hat, although I never wear it. I really wish there was some way to get Porter's hat though -- I love it!

I don't have the Mailman's Hat and I've never even been close to getting it. I'm poor :). Less than a mil right now. I should probably go beetle hunting tonight, but I'm a bit lazy so not sure if that's going to happen.

I'm one of those people who just collect fair amounts of money each day and don't really go all out and try saving a ton of bells, so I may not ever end up with this. Also if you want a matching outfit to go with this I have a mailman Pete's coat in the Able Sisters section of the forum you might like :3

You can buy them from other users here for a slightly lower price than the premium and then calculate the difference in the profit you make.

But on gamefaqs before (and still I think), the online trading board was filled with people duping them and finding places with hats on premium to sell them. However, duping is not allowed on TBT, so don't bother asking.

I got my Royal Crowns as tips from people for letting them sell their crowns in my town when I had hats on premium.
