Alright, was in the car with my dad, and he got an email from me I hadn't sent. It had a link to some site that we didn't open, but I found that it had been sent to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CONTACTS. Any idea how this could have happened and how I can fix it?

I'm pretty sure that means you have a virus on your email account.
Any way to solve this?
Someone could've hacked it. Change your password or something.
Done that already.
Get a new email?
It hasn't happened since I changed the password, so I don't think that I need to change my email. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something else I should do.

Okey dokey. Do you have your own server for your email, or do you have a yahoo, gmail, AOL, etc...?

Never mind then. I have my own server (actually a company server) which has all kinds of firewalls and security in it so that it can't be hacked. Not much you can do with Yahoo.
