Mail box issue

There seems to be an issue with my mailbox, a member tried to send me a PM, but said they were getting a message that my mailbox was full. My mailbox has never even reached more than 25% full, as I clean it up everyday. At the time they tried this morning, I only had 3 in my inbox and two in my outbox.

The only thing I can think of is that it's THEIR mailbox that's full, not yours.

Have you cleared out your Sent box? A lot of people forget to do that...

And it was when I tried to contact them about a villager. So I left them a VM. So when your mailbox is full it affects you being able to leave a PM as well. Thank you Kammeh for your help!

I always clean out both everyday.
