Which villager could be Eeyore?


I have Marty and Pudge for Winnie, thinking Marcie for Kanga ( I have zero nmt so I'm depending on amiibos I have til I build up my tickets again), Curly is Piglet, Toby is Rabbit, Blathers is the owl dude. Of course of the tigers fits Tigger. I'm just struggling with Eeyore. I think he'd be a cranky type? Suggestions?

There's not really any cranky villagers I can think of that really match Eeyore's look or colouring. I'd say Cyrano is the closest, as his face is more long due to him being an anteater. He's blue as well like Eeyore is in merchandise, but he looks more angry than sad.

Alternatively, I'd suggest Ed. He is a smug villager so there's not really any similarities in personality between him and Eeyore, but he's a horse and that's the closest thing the game has to a donkey. Plus, his downturned eyes do make him look a bit melancholy.

My choice would be Elmer. I like that he's a horse villager (sort of closest to the donkey shape), and the way his eyes are sort of droopy like Eeyore's are. Since he's brown, you could dress him in grey. He's a lazy type, not a cranky. I think of Rabbit as cranky, but not really Eeyore.

A cranky horse might be Roscoe, but he looks a lot more cranky than Eeyore, but he does have black and grey colouring and could also look good with grey clothes.

I think Elmer is a great choice for Eeyore even though the colors dont match. I think Eeyore woukd be more a lazy than cranky. Rabbit is cranky, lol.
