I'll only be cycling for about 30 more minutes, and that's only about enough time to get another villager to move in, much less move out, so I think you'd be okay.
I do plan on getting on later tonight though after I go out to dinner.And the other site is gamefaqs. They have their own online NewLeaf board also. I also post on reddit here and there, but it's less likely.

Phew I am so glad but what times do you think you will start cycling? 1 hour two hours that's cool I'll check reddit sometime luckily you said it's less likely to move out because I'll be so upset and angry with myself if I missed her even though cramming for a huge test is more importanter
I'll be getting offline in 30 minutes, which is 5 PM CST. I'd say I'll probably be back on between 7:30 - 8 my time, which is about 3 hours or so from right now.

I'm sorry, I don't do PM notifications unless the villager had been unclaimed for 10 minutes and I know for sure there were people who wanted that villager. If Rosie was up for 10 minutes and went unclaimed (which is probably unlikely), I would definitely PM you though. It's nothing personal, and I do apologize. It would just be a lot for me to have to keep up with because everyone would want to be notified, and I use cycling and giving away dreamies as my de-stresser

That's ok oh no I broke the first rule - how rude of me =( I didn't mean to do that anyway I'll be back at twelve (my time) I absolutely understand even though I'm not a cycler I understand that it would be hectic if you were to do this to everyone but that's ok because like I said before I'll be on the look out for Rosie! I'm sorry for breaking the first rule - how nasty I am/was of me! I'm really sorry about that.
I'm back online, probably for the next couple of hours, so we'll see what happens. And you didn't really break the first rule. It doesn't specify about PMs. That mostly just means first come, first serve, and that I won't reserve/hold villagers for anyone because I like to keep my cycling steady without waiting extremely long periods of time on someone to pick up a villager
