I'm sorry guys. I've done raffles previously, and they are just too time consuming. First come, first serve is the fairest way in my opinion. It keeps people around who are truly dedicated and want the villager.

I don't see anything special in Marshal either , but you're quite wrong. He's popular for a reason. People like him. The people here that are lurking for him aren't here to sell him. They all want him for themselves since in their opinion he's awesome.
