I would like to adopt Pecan in my cycling town.

My reason is: I had recently adopted Pecan in my main town. However, something went wrong with the house placement trick, and she ended up placing her house in a bad location... so, I ended up letting her move, and now shes gone. I'll need to cycle out 16 villagers before I can get her back in my main town.
