I've never kept a journal before, but I would like to start logging some of my New Leaf adventures. I love writing, and so I want to at least occasionally share what happened in my town today.

Today was pretty chill. I'm going on vacation tomorrow, so it was more of a prep day.
The first thing I did was dig up all four fossils. I had no trouble finding any, which was a first! After that, I attended the ceremony for my park clock PWP. Unfortunately, I still don't have a perfect town, but that's okay! I started a fence PWP right next to my town hall, and I'll wait until after I get back to complete it. I went to The Roost right after for a quick cup of coffee before heading to Main Street.
I had my fossils assesed, but didn't have any new ones. I'm very close to getting the fossil section of the museum completed, but I still need around 10 fossils. I checked T.I.Y. for anything interesting, but nothing caught my eye. I bought a sapling to get closer to the Golden Axe, but I'm not quite there yet.
After all that, I went to Re-Tail to sell my fossils and I made a good amount of Bells! This was pretty much the end of my day. I went back to my house, put my stuff in storage, and called it a day!

Vacation was amazing, but I'm so glad to be home! I got back yesterday, but decided to pick it back up today!
I found out that weeds spread like crazy without the beautiful town ordinance! I picked up so many weeds, and I was gone for just under a week and a half! Thankfully, though, I was able to get them all without any trouble.
I talked to a bunch of my villagers along the way, and they all missed me. One of them told me that Dotty was planning on moving, but I'm not sure about the validity of that claim. I've heard it for weeks now, and Dotty hasn't mentioned anything. I hope that she doesn't move out. I really like having her as a villager.
I found all fossils pretty easily, along with some bugs and Moe's time capsule! Unfortunately, no new fossils or Golden Axe today :/
After all, that I got a cup of coffee and sold all my stuff at Re-Tail.
Overall, it was a pretty chill night! I'm glad to be back home! While playing today was fun, I think I might take a break. Hopefully I'll come back soon, but I'll be alright either way.
