Luigis Mansion 3ds

Does anyone else play Luigis Mansion : dark moon for 3ds?
Im trying to figure out how to save progress without completing a mission?
Not sure if it takes anyone else an immense amount of time to complete them but it certainly does me!
Cuts into acnl time for sure.

Unfortunately, there is no way to save during a mission. Each mission can last anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour on average depending on how you play the game. While you can use your handheld's sleep mode to temporarily preserve your progress in a middle of mission, booting up any other 3DS software will make you lose your unsaved progress.
