hi! so, Willow is in my town but it doesn't seem like she wants to move out, yet. She has been in my town for a few weeks I believe so she sould want to move out pretty soon. If you can't find anyone else who's giving her away, you can get her (though I don't know how long it will take waiting for her to move out, sorry about that)
