Lucky items

Do they really make you lucky, like give you a better chance when throwing an axe at serena?

or are they just in the game to help you with your HRA score?
i'd like to know how everyone thinks about it ..

i've got most lucky items except for the music box & piggy bank
owh right, does anyone know if you can get the piggy bank for the second time?

they lucky items do help your general over all luck, but nothing is ever guaranteed, thats how luck goes, sadly, but they sure hurt you! They give you a little better chance with Serena, but that girl is still tricky! The lucky items also help your HRA points.
