I've seen people selling DLC codes for Sm4sh, so I assume it's okay to ask to buy them?

From what I've seen, each code goes for 500TBT. I'd be interested in buying one (or all) for that price or similar - I can negotiate

Assuming I'm allowed to do this, can I buy any codes that'll work in the UK for the Wii U version?
