Midori, Moonstar, HoneyTree, Pastel, Pastelcloud, Mint, Ramen. Those are the only town names i can think of.

I could only come up with the following names: Elysium, Cerulean (a shade of blue), Wisp, Periwinkle, Lilium (lily in Latin), and Aradia. Hope your sister finds a name she likes!
