I don't think you can get the actual pokeballs in the game, because pokemon Bank doesn't allow you to transfer items. Having a pokemon caught in the certain pokeballs is the only way to transfer them through, I believe.

I was afraid of that, I knew they were only obtained in HeartGold and SoulSilver..... Should of known.
I'll have to find a way around this while breeding, good thing I have a few Pokemon in those balls.
