Buying Lotus Pond

Hello everyone, I am currently wanting to host a huge giveaway in the near future, but I need to free up 1 item in particular in my house to make it happen and the only item that I feel is a suitable replacement is the Lotus Pond which is a Japanese DLC. I am willing to buy it for 10 TBT or 2 million IGB (whichever the seller prefers) since I would love to have it and I am also feeling very generous!
