Has this officially been released? If so, would you know how? I know the sandbox and 2017 cake were Japan exclusive non-orderable events.

I'm not even sure where my old buddies got the info about the cake and the sandbox's availability. Pretty sure those arrived for Japan like how we got the white festive tree. Special Nintendo mail from Pete.

The lotus pond was supposed to be DLC for North America (I don't know about anyone else, besides Japan who did get theirs)and it was set to be released just last year.

It's in the link that AccfSally posted. The date was April 1st to April 30th 2017 and says Post Office. We all thought it would be delivered by Pete like the White Tree was. It never arrived. I checked the post office each day just in case and got nothing.

Thanks, I missed that. I didn't think Nintendo Zone was still a thing. That's where you go to a place like starbucks or McDonalds for a streetpass relay point.

The one I have is from a hacker. I don't believe it was ever released, unfortunately.

I think you can only get it through hacking ? (Idk maybe some JP players got one...?)
I mean I'm in Europe so if it would've been an NA exclusive DLC I would've not have it anyways.

I'm not sure the local Nintendo zone points are still active. I haven't gotten any hit for a while. Plus when checking the post office for gifts, I'm pretty sure I got the "no access point in range" message.

They stopped doing dlc from post offices in NA and EU I heard. Not 100% sure though, but I think they are still doing it in JP. WIKI
