lost item?

I love using lost items as decoration since back New Leaf (I miss the one that looks like an oven mitt!) in Horizons is no different, nowdays I have too many already so I'm giving them back but the firsts months after release my villagers keep losing stuff all the time...sometimes would even ask about it while I had it on me, poor things

Not really, I just return it to the owner, bc I feel guilty.

Sometimes I "forget" to return the item and end up saving it for what will likely be table or bench clutter.

Clothing drop is a genius idea. Going to use that for my outdoor shower/changing area on the beach.
