losing your favorite villager :c

i took maybe a short 3 day break and came back to find Erik's house gone...so sad right now, he was my FAVORITE in that town...im not gonna bc I'll regret it later but i wanna reset so bad omg. i can try picking him up in another town from the void (so sad) but that's not guaranteed plus he fit so well in that town...ugh. ima have to get him in one of my other towns, but I'm still so upset, I don't see him getting sold that often either. all i wanna do is sulk right now lol. anyone else have stories of this happening, I'm just so upset right now ugh :(
 
yeah, one of my favorites was Freya, and i paid a lot of bells for her. i wasnt able to play for a long while... and i come back and find her gone. i was super sad :(
 
I know the feeling. I lost Tom over Christmas when I didn't have much time to play, I'd only had the game for a few months so he was a favorite and then he just upped and left and I' am still trying to get him through the cycle.
 
I absolutely know that feeling. Moose was my favourite villager, but I recently moved and couldn't remember where I packed my 3DS charger, so I couldn't play for almost two months, and he was gone when I got back.
 
I have lost a lot of villagers by accident (aka 4/5 of my originals :( )but if Ankha moved I would cry. I would definitely go through a 16 villager cycle for her. Long story short, I feel sorry for you.
 
I lost Zell a couple of months back and recently got him again, was very upset when he left as it wasn't even something I had done so I could blame myself for it. There is always hope though. When I was looking for him again recently after cycling 16 villagers nobody had him, but I managed to find him free on another site. Then everybody seemed to be selling him...which is always the way. Just keep posting in the looking for and I'm sure you will get him back soon! It's really upsetting though, I know. And I do think if I ever lost punchy or marshal I would just stop playing the game or start over to get them back. Good luck :(

I time travelled 2 days to get more turnips and he packed
up and left without even leaving a letter!

I feel so hurt *-*

also lucky for me he is the first villager to ever leave
my town so it will be easy to cycle for him

My bby Moe moved away during my tbt and acnl hiatus.

I was legit heartbroken (to an extent) and reset my game

But someone has him in their cycle town and offered him to me for free! I will do everything in my power to prevent him from leaving again!
 
When I was in the second grade, I got AC: Let's go to the City. I made my town with my mum (we named it Snowbell after Stuart Little), and when I came into the game I found Goldie. She was my favourite villager, so I tried to make an effort with our 'friendship'. I would send her letters every day, but this did not stop her from moving one day without asking me. It was so upsetting for me, since I was so little. It's funny to look back on now :]
 
I remember when I was in grade 3, I had animal crossing wild world, And My world was crushed when peanut was moving, and I couldn't convince her to stay. Rest in spaghetti, never forgetti
 
I took a day break from ACNL, and I come back to find Julian's house is gone in my game. He honestly has become one of my favourites and I liked him even a little more than I liked Marshal. I liked them both equally though, they were such bros for life in my town. Hopefully one day I'll get him back, I really enjoyed having him around. He was seriously like the prince of my village. I miss him a lot ;-;. Although he sells for a lot on here, and I think I got him for quite a cheap price I believe. So it was quite disappointing ;-;. I don't have room to get him back just yet though.
 
A few months back, I was trying to get Fuchsia to move out. I liked having her around for a while, but wanted to get a new dream villager in my town and she was the only one that I was interested in getting rid of. She had been there for a long time and I'd managed to get all of the Uchi Public Works Projects I wanted from her, so there was nothing left for her. Anyway, I was cycling day by day trying to get her to ping to move away.

Unfortunately instead of Fuchsia moving out, one of my favorite villagers, Eugene, decided to move out instead. He didn't ping me or tell any of the other animals living in the town. I just found out from Isabelle telling me he was moving away. It was immensely disappointing, though I got over it quickly. I did eventually get Fuchsia to move away out of spite. I might try to reclaim Eugene at some point, but who knows.
 
I was TTing for my house upgrades, and I was talking to everyone, but no one ever told me Moe was leaving, nor did Moe tell me he was leaving... I was so sad when he left :( I also lost Broccolo in City Folk, while I was away from it for a while. Dang it, Skyward Sword! Thankfully, I got him in New Leaf.

If my favorite one left savannah IL be so heartbroken that IL just transfer aurora, fauna and Lionel and that same savannah to my cycle town and all my roses and erased that town and start again
That How serious IL be if my darling savannah left
