Looking to visit a spring or summer town!

I'm looking to go to a town that is in spring or summer. I wanna get away from winter because I'm sick of the snow, to be honest. And don't worry, I won't steal anything, I don't bite! I also want to catch bugs and fish that are only in spring or summer. I'll be quite honest, I'm sick of catching pond smelts! If anyone is willing to let me visit for a decent amout of time, I'd be very very happy <3 ( Wifi feedback is always given! )
