Trading Looking to trade items for a Slushie Machine

I can trade the Clerk's Shirt, Korean Top item or any other re-orderable Japanese or North American DLC. From what I can tell from the picture, the slushie machine is re-orderable which means I will not trade non-reorderable DLC for it.

I've seen that too, but I've asked people on tumblr, facebook... etc. Maybe they thought they saw it but didn't
