How much does it cost to send a letter across the ocean these days? Just a global forever stamp? I've sent some cards to Canada before, but never to Australia.

For me to send a letter internationally from Australia, postage costs $4.10 AUD. Shipping is insanely expensive here! Most of the time, it's actually cheaper to ship to Aus than for Aus to ship internationally. I imagine sending a letter from the U.S. would probably be a bit cheaper.
