Looking to go bug-catching/fishing in towns that are in other seasons

I'd like to add to my encyclopedia so I was wondering if anyone who TT'd to spring/fall/winter would let me lurk around for fish and bugs, I'm fully prepared to pay if need be!

It's currently October 19 in my cycling town. You're free to drop by for however long you need. I only ask that you don't pull any weeds or talk to the villager in boxes, unless you want her (Katt).
