Looking to buy kitchen island/laundry items

I'd like to buy a kitchen island. It was in my island store like the third day I played, but I didn't know it was rare and didn't plan on having a kitchen at the time.

I am also looking for a kitchen sink, dishwasher, any washing machine, and ironing set. One of my villagers has a washing machine in his house but I can't get him to invite me over so I can buy it. Darn you Marshal.
