Buying Looking to buy a Kitchen Island!

As stated in the title, I am looking for a Kitchen Island piece of furniture (this: http://moridb.com/items/furniture/kitchen-island), for my home. It really is a necessity that I would like in my kitchen, though I am not having any luck getting it.

If you have an extra or one you don't use/plan on using, please reply with what you would like for it! I'm sure we'll be able to work out a deal.

I honestly don't know what to offer. I don't think I really have any items or anything that would be a good trade for it (I have nothing rare xD) so I was probably just going to offer bells, depending on how many were desired for it. :>

Unorderables: I have a many pieces in the Ice Series and several in the Creepy Series. I can't think of anything else.

To pay for it, it really depends on what you think is fair. I do have a fair amount of bells on hand, but I don't want to overpay.

I don't know if that's low or not... It only costs around 30 medals at the island, which is pretty cheap, but still.

The most common price (I believe anyway, from when I was last trading) is 500k, feel free to correct me if I am wrong anyone, however I stocked up on like 4 or 5 when I had them on my island and I can give you one for 450k if that is a suitable price.
