If I catalog it will it let me buy it out of the store? It’s only in the JP version it seems like (I’m USA) and I wanted to buy one to keep for my character in place of his usual hairstyle since it fits his theme ^^

Yes, since it's reorderable item, once you have it in your catalog, you can order it in your store.

Aw it looks like I missed you. U_U; I may fall asleep in a little while as it's close to 2:30 am in my place. So, before that happens, I'll put all JP-ish hats near the station (In the square space surrounded by bushes) and leave my gates open. Feel free to drop by and catalog them.
