Looking for Visitors! Come Have Fun in Orchard!

After checking, I've already gotten about 40-ish visitors, so I wanted to see if anybody wants to come over and hang out so I can work towards my upgrade!

TOWN GUIDELINES:
-Feel free to explore as much as you want!
-Please don't damage my flowers/ steal stuff without consent.
-Talk to my villagers all you want.
-Take any fruit you want! Just tell me if a Perfect Orange tree has died so I can replace it.
-Go shopping!
-Ask to go to the island. It must be a 2/3, or a 3/4 agreement to go to the island.
-Take any fossils/gyroids you want from dig spots.
-Don't be mean in general.
-Check out my house if you want!
-After the gates are officially closed for the night, VM me if you want to go to club LOL or do tours on the island!
-HAVE FUN!

Keep in mind that if there are more than 3 people at a time that want to visit, I may ask you to leave.
I'm really not expecting a scenario like this to happen, but it might.
