Looking for towns in the month of March!

Can I visit someones town that is currently in the month of March? I don't want to time travel and I want to catch one fish and one deep sea creature that I don't have. I'm trying to get the loach and the spider crab and then I'll complete my fish and sea creature catalogue. Let me know if I can go to your town

Thank you so much! My time zone is PST. Just let me know whenever it's alright to come over if you see that I'm online as well. Both fish are around all day and the loach will be easy to catch; it's just the spider crab that might take a little while to get.
