Looking for Town Planner

Hi all! I'm looking for someone who is awesome at planning towns! I want to go with a town of lights theme with my PWPs but I'm not sure how to do it. Plus landscaping and anything else. I'll pay you a fantastic fee if you help me out. I'd like to see a dream town or something first as a resume of sorts

There are loads of PWPs that light up. The main ones that come to mind are the illuminated arch, the illuminated tree, the illuminated clock, and the Tower. You could make it like Paris!
