Looking for town during winter

I have been searching for the gorgeous set for a while now and since I had to restart my town I don't have the emporium yet :/
If anyone would kindly let me into their town that has the emporium during the winter season when gracie is selling the set I would really appreciate it! I'll pay you a tip for letting me in!!
