"Looking For" thread on Villager Trading Plaza seems dead?

Hi, everyone! I'm new to TBT and I'm sure there's a lot of basic info I don't know, so I need to ask this:

The official thread for looking/buying villagers in the trading plaza doesn't seem to be updated; the last post was in 2013 and there's hasn't been any activity. Which leaves the question: is there another post on TBT you can use to look for villagers you want?
