A box with a peach in it,
And a door plate with a Shinto looking ribbon.
Do the items still show up if I time travel back or no?
There is also another item that looklike a bamboo with ribbons on it.

I’m pretty sure the peach box thing you are describing is the peach surprise box. I’m not sure about the others?
The peach surprise box has been in the game for quite some while, I think. I sort of remember crafting it when I started my island as my native fruit is peaches.

If you time travel back, any new items should still remain, as long as you have updated to the recent version, but take it with a grain of salt as I don’t do much time traveling.
