According to this page, 1 tbt is the equivalent to 100k igb. I am not sure about prices either since the prices for diys seemed to have dropped since I last bought any. I think diys are going for about 5 tbt each or lower. Would 5 tbt be acceptable to you?

Also, in regards to the sending the tbt I would rather wait until after you receive the item. It is so both parties can have a fair trading transaction on both sides.
