looking for terraforming/layout advice! paying with crafted fall items 🍄🍁

hi folks! so i'm about 3/4 done with the general layout of my island, but i've hit a mental roadblock and can't figure out what to do with the rest of it!

i'm looking for about 5 or 6 guests to come for a "tour" of my incomplete island and listen to what i have planned for the rest of it, then give me some constructive feedback + their honest thoughts on what is and isn't working!
i'm going for an urban/city theme, and i'm especially stuck on how to transition the heavily built-up parts of my island to the more natural 'outskirt' edges. i'd also like to know if the layout of the streets makes sense and whether or not they're easy + intuitive to navigate through

i unfortunately am a bit short on bells/nmt/tbt to pay any visitors with BUT i'd love to give out some mush/maple items in exchange for this sort of feedback! in order to visit and take part please comment below with your in-game name, island name, and which payment you would prefer to receive!
