By unaligned do you mean all new villagers put their homes wherever without reseting for their spots?
You can check my town out if you want, DC on my sig. Have 30 pwps, 4 complete houses, decorated beach, paths everywhere ect.

Thanks you guys! Ill check out your towns! My villagers placed their spots all around my map, and i want to see how you all made your town work. ^_^
I just visited your dream town and I had the BEST TIME. it was really wonderful. I was so impressed with everything! The beaches were probably the best I've seen like ever. I also really enjoyed the movie theatre and Indiana Jones room! Bravo!
My Dream Town is almost finished, so feel free to take a look ^.^ My villager houses are semi-random (I only used the reset trick so that they wouldn't place their houses in very awful spaces like right in front of my house) but not prefectly placed
