Buying looking for spare trash!!

and i mean ACTUAL trash (cans, boots, tires ect.). why? because i need a fly. why do i need a fly? because it's the last bug i need for my encyclopedia. the problem is, i switched town ordinances but i still haven't gotten any luck on catching trash, i even had a friend help me :'(

i don't know where to post this thread, i hope the re-tail is ok :0 and if whatever reason you need me to pay, i'll pay
