Cycling Looking For someone to help me Transfer Filbert!

I have Filbert on my cycle town and I would like to have him on my main town @_@, The problem is I only have 1 3ds so I need help. I have room on my main town So I would be able to get him when it he moves out, I perfer If you're a cycler who cycles fast ^.^ Would like to get him into my town asap so I can plot reset and Finish the rest of my gardening finally since he he will be the last villager to move him for a while.
