Looking for someone to evaluate my town

Hi! I want someone to visit my town at the Dream Suite and tell me ways to make it better. Right now it's rather...lacking. I will take any advice, even stuff like 'move that bench over there, or cut down that bamboo forest'. Anything is appreciated. I will pay 100K Bells for a good evaluation.

I know it would make sense for me to invite you over to my town, but visiting it via dream is better because I find it extremely stressful to add friend codes, schedule times, and stuff like that. With dreams, you can just pop in the town whenever you like!

You don't have to pay me btw. But I'd work on your paths. Maybe widen some of them.(Pattern is cute!) but...Some of them lead me to dead ends and were hard to read on where they were going. I'd organize your flowers a little bit more. Also I'd work on more public works projects. I like the bamboo forest, i'd just get it under control and keep it refined to one area. My favorite place in your town is the bench by the river. I think the placement is excellent. Also I feel like the fountain was hidden. Maybe move it more in the center of your town and have a path leading to it.

Quickly sweeped your town...
It isn't much, I can already tell its in development and still new, but your getting the picture.
Jamie's house, just three furniture sets and an upstairs ...
I could totally understand that if your saving design spaces, but you could definitely use more design spaces for more visually appealing paths.
I can see two mini parks, just a Bench with flowers around them.
I like that you put bushes around the plaza, for some reason.
Bamboo is kinda all over the place on the top right side, did you intentionally let them grow like that?
The Pokemon designs are cute!
Overall, just keep on developing! Only problem I have with your town is the lack of organization, very few Pwp's, and not very visually appealing.

Ok, all and all, it feels a bit disorganized and barren in places, but it has some great potential; with a bit of landscaping and pwps, it will look very nice.
Utilize that beach! It's really nice.
