Looking For someone to draw my mayor - paying TBT bells! (400+)

I want someone to draw my mayor for my avatar image, please post an example, I don't need anything extremely good (although that would be nice ^_^)
But if anyone is willing I can pay 200-300 TBT bells. Thanks
Also I'd like it if you could do sneak position with a golden net, an extra if possible but I'll pay 400 if you include this.
Mayor is wearing ~Birthday Shades, Cafe Shirt and just normal black jeans and shoes. Normal Black hair. If you need a picture come to my town please, and you may take one.
