Buying Looking for someone that's good with code to help edit my Tumblr theme!

So I'm having trouble with my tumblr theme, I've been trying to edit the html code but everything's just too complicated for me to do by myself. I dont have much to offer, all I can give is all the tbt I currently have.
This is an example of the theme : http://nyctothemes.tumblr.com/tpc-bluetheme . All I'm looking to do is edit the contents of the tpc card and the badge part of it.
