Anywhere from 200k-700k? I don't know how much value you put on the hot plate and I don't see clear IGB bells from a quick search.

How about I give you a toaster and some perfect peaches and perhaps a bit of Bells (about 500 Bells) for the kadomatsu (DLC JP, ordable, sells for 645 Bells)?

I'm trying to get furniture for a Japanese/Zen/Harmonious themed room in the future and that would go well with it.

(I have no idea how much value would you put to a DLC item that costs 2580 Bells when ordered after obtaining it. Maybe regional things pay more?...)
