I'm not sure what you mean by a picnic bench. I'm not seeing that item in the game.
Are you looking for the picnic basket or outdoor picnic set. I can craft the latter for you.

Are these what you’re wanting to make a picnic table? I can craft the table and two benches for you at no charge, but you’ll have to provide me with the materials which would mean 25 pieces of hardwood.
