Looking for new friends, cherries, and how to get a particular a pig, if possible?

I'm April, my son is the mayor of our town and my daughter plays as well. I'm doing my best to help them out but I'm a little lost. I'm trying to get cherries for them, and also figure out how we could possibly get Gala the pig?

Hi! I could bring you some cherries no charge.

As for Gaia, I'm sure the Villager Trading Plaza subforum could help you. There are many "cycling" threads that will provide villagers, usually for free. Heck, you could probably get her off an auto void list (unpopular villager list). However, if you or your kids have had Gaia in the past, they or you must have 16 villagers move out of their/your town after her before she comes back. This would only apply to one town.

Ok, I'll go check it out, thanks. Seems that all the villagers we want fall on the unpopular list, but that pig is adorable to me! And no, we've never had her before so hopefully it won't be too difficult.
