Trading Looking for Julian!!

I'm looking for the neighbour Julian, does anyone have them moving in their town? And if so can I come and ask him to move into my city? He's my favourite villager and I would love to have him in my town!

Unfortunately, "looking for" threads are not allowed, although I see that you also posted in The Official Looking for/Trading/Buying Thread. It also might be useful to try browsing through threads with the [CYCLING] prefix to find your wanted villagers.
